The event sponsor will supply coffee/tea, breakfasts to all on Saturday and Sunday together with a BBQ (food provided) for Saturday evening. Everyone is asked to bring their own alcoholic drinks and are also welcome to contribute any food items they might like to share or particularly like. 

Accommodation for tents/trailers is provided together with on-site parking. A building is provided with inside toilets, shower and hot water.
